(Ohh my gash, you know? Recently my networking and laptop condition are badly slow, so I am continuously trying to fix them though. This is therefore that I am editing fuckin' second time 'cause its saving, where I had done untill intro and 1st paragraph, has also expired suddenly. I'm so sad and at a loss, but I can try against it to do write again with my second effort, hmm... 'Cause at the same time, I got known a news from one of my favorite Danish band called Alcoholic Faith Mission which they'll come to Boston May 2nd by their new full length album release US tour.)
Hi there, very thanks for a few readers of mine. On this post, on this time, I would love to the latest live report which I got experienced a couple nights ago. On Wednesday April 21st, at the Great Scott where locate beyond the BU(Boston University) in Allston, WHITE HINTERLAND and Dosh came to perform on their new release tour with YEAH RIGHT (from Providence) who had supported them as opening act.
Actually I wanted to see the gig event of WTBU which is BU radio station presented last sunday but I couldn't. Because I had many reason but mainly because of this WH and Dosh event. But I could not give up being there for the night, I found Pelly Twin's blog which is the tally of Pellys who she DJs on WTBU program which I have never heard yet unfortunately. They put a mixtape download link of the night show's band line nap freely on the post of their blog before the show kindly. If you got interested in Boston based bands so you should feel free to download it and listen to it as like me even missed the show!!
(Actually for sure, the show had lined nap according to it;
Golden girls, Dom, Quilt, the lord jeff, and Turtle Ambulance. )
Here is the event poster.
Secondary plan of mine on Wednesday at Great Cott, I invited friends who are music lovers even they're usually into different kinds of music as me on facebook. This place Great Scott was probably second time since Asobi Seksu came on tour with their Polyviny record label mate Loney Dear last year's fall. I love there, atmosphere and audience space is very close to the lower stage.
1st act of the show was Yeah Right who is 3 piece band simply consisted Vocal, Mac and Effects.
Feels like a Yeah Yeah Yeahs becomes more electric without guitar sound. But they are more like having fantasy on their lyric and melody line above a computerized four-bass-beat. You can even download their MP3 track through their myspace blog into lastfm page for free, but you should see them a live because you can feel more fantasy rather than recorded source in my opinion.
2nd act was White Hinterland. WH (click left to see her bio on wiki) is essentially Casey Dienel ,who spent her conservatory time for high school and college in Boston before moved to Portland, OH, that she currently works under its name with Magic Maker Shawn Creeden. When I knew them through The Boston Phoenix news paper, it has a feature article of their new 2nd full length record and coming up on tour and mentioned about them, Dream Pop SELF-STARTER; "I respond to the environment that I'm in. I'm like a sponge," says Dienel. This word make me tumble for coming to see her music at this chance.
They are so fantastic. Reverb sounds, Elected her Ukulele, Many illusional effect sounds, and especially when she exchanged her handle instrument Ukulele to Synth, I was knocked down by its sound and her playing. So attracted, but probably it's depended on listener's ear because their sound is very unique on Pop melody of her singing voice behind disgusting back sounds at once. If someone who dislike it at once, then or continue to be soaked in her music, may be so fascinate ever. I am the one expectedly.
Last act of the night was of coarse Dosh. He was formerly a drummer of band Fog, and is a multi instrumentalist. I didn't even know stupidly though, he is quiet popular in Japan. Currently he plays with Andrew Broder who also plays many instruments especially bass guitar and saxophone. They are holly technical.
Dosh made like a impromptu drum pattern loop first and duplicated some sounds via some instruments with Andrew. And it finally became a strong groove and made me so highly dance up. You should just listen to and watch his perform even on YouTube first.
Photo includes the article of WhiteHinterland, The Boston Phoenix The Best 2010 and Vice Magazine.
Vice Magazine is entirely my favorite magazine that used to be able to be gotten in some X-GIRL and XLARGE stores in Japan when I was in Japan. But it was first time I could get it in USA, at Great Scott this night.
Yea I should put some videos from this time introduction of artists.
*Sorry I could not find YEAH RIGHT's video, so please click above for myspace.

ConcertReport「Piano has "black & white" and "stories & rhythms."」
Hi there, I was busy and have been in worse condition of body and mental both, but I got to be an audience for a bunch of great shows in these days. I wanna introduce them.
The middle of last month, a machine-gun-rapper P.O.S. (of Doomtree) with his ex-girlfriend female rapper dessa (of Doomtree) and a hip-hop artist Astronautalis came touring in Boston, and the end of last month, a drum'n'guitar (NO AGE's style) duo from Vancouver Japandroids with their label Polyvinyl-mate from Sweden LoveIsAll. I should have reported these stuffs on this blog lively before, more quickly though, I swear I will.
Tonight I was invited to come seeing a show which my dear roommate Berklee Jazz Pianist Takeshi Ohbayashi from Hiroshima,Japan would play. Piano Department Student Concert 2010 at Berklee college of music Performance Center.
I went seeing the show with my previous school friends from Japan and Mexico. We felt regretting that we should have learnt how to play piano in our childhoods whatever. Because we also plyay instruments such as guitar or drums but felt piano is that the most basic instrument at all. Piano also has featured stream of melodies and rhythms for song-writing and story-writing. On this time especially it has an assertion that inspiration from Jazz music. They make me so fascinated. The instinct basically.
Just my review quickly, I wish I could introduce players for tonight but probably next time.

Lust-nite(last night) I dreamed my teenage term memory with my friend unexpectedly after I had touched some hurtful Love Story of twenty young boys and girls.
Since this The Cold Fred's purely singing melody has been reminded and remained me after I woke up a day, I would want to write and twit about it.
Well, I have not even listened to Taking Back Sunday which is a band The Color Fred's Fred belonged formerly, but I much love The Cold Fred's Guitar playing, Singing and songwriting+lyric.
This is just my current opinion though, I can realize his voice might surpass main vocalization of TBS's Adam when I saw below video I got thought.

adam has a great voice and the lyrics are amagazing.

「Nevertheless...exploring race, adulthood, and ambition (with exquisitely tuned humor and poignancy.)」
c Now I am listening to "Back And To The Left" by Texas Is The Reason as my last post.
This is much like a poisonous tune, because of which furthermore father of emotional sound.
That's it,
though I have been felt losing or hiatus and also thought about what a "wisdom" for me.

As I wrote last time, but I'm still editing about P.O.S. and Tegan&Sara's live reports which will have imported from my Japanese version blog for sooner. But this time would like to be introducing my recent favorite band winnie(from Japan)'s song lyrics. Which is this band had already introduced in my first posted introduction blog「Let Star (Over) From Here」's BGM depart.
I had even found them their song called "Starlike Stereo" MV on YOUTUBE a couple years ago. Their all songs as I knew are consistently sung by English on male and female twin vocals. That should be excellent works and would be my favorite also.
*You will see the lyrics on there below,
even Japanese site but lyrics are English.
winnie/『starlike stereo』Lyric
This song, which has included in their 2nd mini-album "The darkest eternal lights" in 2008, was lead song of that album. If you would have a chance to listen to this album, I would tell that my favorite song is also this...
Last year fall, they finally released their first full-length studio album called "dye myself black" after three mini albums as much as EPs and limited singles since they formed in 2002 and also had some member-changed.
DISCOGRAPHY like this,
1st demo-cdr single"restock this falling wrong" in 2002,
1st"first class speed of light" in 2003,
2nd"The darkest eternal lights,"
2nd HMV store limited single"sweep" in 2008,
3rd "Headquarter" in 2009,
(and 1st full album "dye myself black" in December 2009.)
They have been influenced musically like...
Masterpiece Albums...
As they had been interviewed and self-liner notes by HMV Japan there below,
(http://www.hmv.co.jp/news/article/912010008/)
*Japanese site.
And would like to introduce some lyrics which are my most favorite songs or lyrics from the latest full album "dye black myself"
M1.winnie/『who's dreaming deep』Lyric
M.4winnie/『grace in december』Lyric
M5.winnie/『boys&girls』Lyric
M9.winnie/『traces of me』Lyric
and especially I really prefer this..
M11.winnie/『deeper in my dreams』Lyric
But they winnie considers that their most workmen&womanship is this song...
winnie/『black』Lyric
Yea I actually felt that this song "black" is a novel, unique song or new typed song from the others of theirs
when I first listened to this. I found a realization which I used to assume that their lyrics and songs are all written by male vocalist okuji so long but not only him, the another female vocalist iori who use to be solo pop singer has been writing their lyrics. And their songs are mostly written by okuji. That's a little amazing for me.
Her lyric is, I think, sort of unique. I much like English lyrics by Japanese for long time.
For foreigner, it might be difficult to get Japanese imported Music disks still. But there might be a way to get on online. We Japanese in Japan could get international music disks in foreign capital stores though, on the other side, there might be not enough opposite way. Could you understand what I am saying?
But there is myspace for any artists in the world nowadays, that must be good for artists and also us listeners.
And I'd love to introduce on my own way, own word to you.
Thanxx,
Kenny

This time posted blog title has inspired by one adult-like-cartoon called "SHORTCOMING" written by ADRIAN TOMINE in 1998 which now I try reading. My weekly reading magazine "ENTERTAINMENT WEEKLY" criticized it as this title "Exploring race, adulthood, and ambition with exquisitely tuned humor and poignancy, SHORTCOMING is a graphic narrative as piercingly realistic as any prose fiction."
I suppose to be looking forward it is good book for me right now.

「Copeland's "Farewell"」
Last nite, my favorite emotional rock band, Copeland came in Boston on their farrewell live tour. BUT I could be there to see them shiny last playing their everlasting music.'Cause my stupid mind. I used to live in suburb of Boston, and I have always got tickets for concerts on online but it's expensive than entering with paying directly because of some service charge. According to it, I have stupidly learned and I became to buy and enter the place directly. But this time, Copeland was last time to come as the band. I'd really excited and hoped to be refresh myself above daily depression. A few days ago, I just make sure to check the ticket was sold out or not. It was okay then. But a day before the live concert, it was sold out terribly. I am so regretting that I should have bought the ticket even through the internet with extra cost. My stupid mind always makes me more foolish.
Well....I wish I could see them even once.
My favorite shoot today.
Tonight I'll read them for before asleep.
Sorry for unsightly photo; "People line in front of the middle east for Copeland."
Well....I wish I could see them even once.
