Little Dragon, Gothenburg of Sweden hometown an electronic soul synthpop band which is according to their facebook page basic info, consists Swedish-Japanese singer Yukimi Nagano and her close her high school friends boys for instrument players, formed in 1996!!? She has also musically worked as solo and couple groups. Woo! I had been felt like "they are pretty nice, yea," that was it. But finally this it a time to catch them up for my real. The studio live at Santa Monica College radio KCRW in California is just instantly getting me into their sound of talented performance. Can't get it out, cant get out from it till the end of the show. Soul music is not only for soulful people. For everyone that I can believe because of Little Dragon is sounded.


As some of you might be noticed I have created a new blog page on blogger for only my MELTRICK works updates. And also as many of you would know a great music streaming service site by completely the original own visions called DAYTROTTER which is mainly featuring world wide indie music. It's been so long well... that's not fit to explain situation I wanted. Correctly I'd been really looking for the guy "MOON CLIMB THE WALL" (I might have even known his name of it though, I lost it.)

This guy was my first show that I had seen in this year, so in January 2011 at tiny lovely record store Weirdo Records in Central Cambridge.

The links are provided on the "links" tab of this website. Anyways, it's been a fun summer for us so far. We had a a really amazing time as we opened for the wonderful Wooden Birds last week. Next week we will be performing a special stripped down set at the Hedge House in Plymouth, MA. It is Friday 7/29. It's Free. It's outdoors and literally right on the water. It's going to be pretty ideal. In even bigger news, we got invited to be a part of this years Kahbang Festival in Bangor, ME. We are honored. Also performing throughout the weekend will be My Morning Jacket, Lupe Fiasco, Surfer Blood, Grace Potter, and more. We'll be back with more updates soon. Have a few things up our sleeves and some ideas are brewing. In the mean time, check out this video of a brand new song that we played last week. A random fan happened to catch it. We wrote this song the night before and decided to give it a try.

  I'd been in NYC for 4 days, and it was been so long since last time I was in NY. I don't even remember when. I'm living in Boston, and although we could even make to go to NY like for four - five hours and for starting 6 bucks by highway bus, I wouldn't make it... so far from Boston, maybe.

  Basically it was for DANCE.HERE.NOW.FEST2011 though, I had one more purpose to be wanted to be there that's because of Brooklyn. No, I don't even have any plan to move up (or well "down") to right there though, they are the point that especially recently I've gotta.

 Night of Day 5 in NYC right after Dance.Here.Now.Fest 2011, we headed to R Bar to see our friend Shuhei playing his guitar with Uyanga. We actually had a housewarming to meet each other in couple weeks ago, then had a talk about music with ourselves. Unexpectedly I'd gotten a chance to have the night with their music to reflect to my filter. This was it. This is the moments we would make. And plus. "By Chance" is sort of always happening now and then. I/We've met the chances in the night as well.

Live Rate: ★★★★☆☆ (4.6 /6 star)

 It might be my first time to see Thief Thief in this show. I've seen them couple of times but I believe so. (Mar 2012 now.) Oh yes, I'm getting remember that I'd talked to the guitarist guy after their show at the bar, and he told me that they were recording at the time, and guys are from Massachusetts and sort of NYC, so that this band is a kind of multi-country band.  I simply like this band. Simply two guys in the band, consisting a tapping guitar player and a drum player, that's it. And sounding post-rock sort instruments, but the sound is not so simple but also not so complicated. I may love post-rock more than simple rock music, because rock music sometimes becomes boring for just being a rock music lover, but post rock has more flexible complex in the sounds themselves.
