（２０１０年頃（？）よりこちらのページ等で私、こぢけんがメルトリック名義で行っている、アメリカはイリノイ州ロックアイランドを拠点に全世界の数えきれない程のアーティストをスタジオに迎えて演奏した独自のセッションのアナログ録音音源を、独自のイラスト／記事とともに"One band a day, every day, 28 Daytrotter session songs each week"に法り独自に配信しているサイト・デイトラッターの、その記事の翻訳を、デイトラッターのオフィシャル日本語翻訳等を行っている日本のサイト"Simon Says"に提供しております。こちらメルトリックのページにては、私個人的にフェイヴァリットなアーティストの記事の翻訳や、友人のバンドの記事等のみを翻訳し、そのライヴレヴューなどと一緒にお送りしております。）
About Daytrotter's Payment switch (of my oppinion):
Since October 2011, Daytrotter has decided the website themselves for not completely FREE. (It had been entirely for FREE use the website contents, like downloading the session.) However, it's just a $2 payment a month (plus to download the lossless session or get live streaming pass etc. are needed payment additionally) as just like a cup of coffee for a morning. Such like the amount. How do you feel about this tiny awesome one shit for spreading your world to endlessly and borderlessly the pure music entertained world. I guess I've started being into the Daytrotter in early 2009 or 2008? and really admired how the us musical internet environment is exclusively developed, and I was like "these EP size sessions are all for FREE!? What an amazing!!" Cause I'm from Japan. The development must be more developed gradually and more feelingly automatically. Which is sometimes not good developing but for this warmness team for their warmness people is absolutely good. Better the Best. Two bux for almost every awesomeness of their bands' music freely to get. How do I complain this? I give it up. Give it up for the Daytrotters! See?
（２００６年にスタートしたデイトラッターは、２０１１年１０月よりこれまでの無料配信システムから全コンテンツ有料登録制の利用に切り替わりました。時代の面もあるかと思いますが、元々少人数の温かいチームで始めてこのデイトラッターはそれ故に「無料なのにすばらし過ぎる音楽ウェブサイト！」としてアメリカ国内はおろか、参加して行くアーティストも世界規模になっているので（日本からもトクマルシューゴ氏なども参加配信済み！）、有料化とはなりましたが、月額たった２ドルでの登録でほとんどのコンテンツ利用はこれまで通り！かつこれまでのサイト自身の独自性とその温かみは残したままです。むしろそのセッションのレコーディング時のライヴストリーミングの配信視聴など、有料にしたことによって増えたコンテンツもある程です。デイトラッターのページの下方にある"About Daytrotter"にあるように、この僕のメルトリックのページも含め、現在世界中に「ブロゴスフィア（blogosphere）」という言葉が存在する程、音楽で搾っても一般の人レベルから自身の持っているものや考え、フェイヴァリットなものを手軽に発信でき伝え合う事が可能ですが、同時にただインターネット上で情報をコピーしあうだけの「すたれ感」が否めず、純真に楽しむための音楽、その音楽を「ディスカヴァー（discover）」していく楽しさがすたれているのではと感じたこのチームが、完全なる独自性をアーティストとその音楽、そして深意に向き合ってくれるオーディエンス／ファンに向けて発信しはじめたサービスがデイトラッターだと、僕は思っています。その膨大な量の彼らのセッションやコンテンツから、ランダムかつ、僕自身のフェイヴァリットだけをこちらではお送りしている次第であります。）
